WHAT CAN I EXPECT DURING A HOUSE CLEANING?
We understand that everyone has a different idea regarding what it means to be clean. At Lemon House we set a high bar for our team. To make sure that every customer’s experience meets the highest of standards, here is what you can expect:
Living Room:
Declutter: Remove unnecessary items.
Dust and Wipe: Dust surfaces, then wipe tables, shelves, and electronics.
Vacuum: Vacuum floor, including corners and edges (if vacuum is provided).
Sweep: Sweep the floors.
Mop/Swifter: Mop or swifter floors.
Windows and Mirrors: Clean windows and mirrors, no streaks.
Disinfect: Wipe doorknobs, light switches, and remotes.
Organize: Arrange furniture and decor.
Empty Trash: Replace liner.
Bedroom:
Declutter: Put away items that don't belong.
Dust and Wipe: Dust and wipe tables, shelves, electronics.
Vacuum/Sweep: Clean the floor.
Mop/Swifter: Mop hard floors.
Make Bed: Straighten bed, fluff pillows, arrange blankets.
Windows and Mirrors: Clean without streaks.
Disinfect: Wipe doorknobs, light switches, remotes.
Organize: Put away out-of-place items.
Empty Trash: Replace liner.
Kitchen:
Declutter: Remove items from countertops.
Clean Sink: Scrub sink and faucet.
Wipe Counters: Wipe countertops and appliances.
Clean Microwave/Oven: Wipe exteriors.
Sweep/Vacuum: Clean floor (if vacuum is provided).
Mop: Mop floor, focus on high-traffic areas.
Disinfect: Wipe light switches, cabinet handles, doorknobs.
Empty Trash: Replace liners.
Organize: Put away food, utensils, small appliances.
Bathroom:
Declutter: Remove items from countertops, shower ledges, tub.
Clean Sink: Scrub sink and faucet.
Clean Toilet: Scrub bowl, seat, exterior, flush handle.
Clean Shower/Tub: Clean walls, bathtub, shower head.
Clean Mirrors/Glass: Wipe mirrors, glass doors, shelving.
Sweep/Vacuum: Clean floor.
Mop: Mop floor, focus on grout and tile.
Disinfect: Wipe light switches, door handles, cabinet pulls.
Empty Trash: Replace liner.
CAN I BOOK BY PHONE?
Absolutely. Please give us a call at your convenience at 901-209-9342. If a customer service agent is not available. Please leave a message and we will get back to you as our earliest availibility.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Please understand that our cleaners structure their daily schedules around their assigned appointments.
If cancellation is received after the 24 hour period, there is a fee of $50.00. For no-shows, if a customer is not at home or not able to be reached within 15 minutes of the scheduled appointment, there is a $75.00 fee. This excludes appointments where instructions are provided beforehand or during booking.
I LIKED MY LAST CLEANING, CAN I REQUEST THE SAME TEAM MEMBER TO COME TO MY HOUSE AGAIN?
Absolutely. Please include their name, or just mention during booking that you would like to have the same cleaner. We will make every effort to accommodate!
HOW CAN I TIP MY CLEANER?
Tips are a great way to show appreciation for a job well done. While tip's are not required you may feel free to tip as you see fit. A great way to let us know about exceptional service is to leave a review on Yelp. You can also let us know at Support@MyLemonHouse.com.
