WHAT CAN I EXPECT DURING A HOUSE CLEANING?

We understand that everyone has a different idea regarding what it means to be clean. At Lemon House we set a high bar for our team. To make sure that every customer’s experience meets the highest of standards, here is what you can expect:


Bedrooms and Living Areas:

-Clean all floor surfaces

-Making the bed

-Wiping down all reasonably accessible counters, mirrors, windows, shelves, light switches, door handles, and TV screens

-Dusting of all reasonably accessible surfaces

-Taking out garbage


Bathroom:

-Clean all floor surfaces

-Wiping down exterior of toilet, shower, tub, sink, mirrors, faucets and interior surface of windows

-Cleaning interior of shower/tub, toilet, sink

-Dusting all reasonably accessible surfaces


Kitchen:

-Clean all floor surfaces

-Wiping down all reasonably accessible counters, cabinets, mirrors, interior surface of windows, faucets, and exterior of appliances

-Cleaning interior of sink, loading dishwasher with dishes

-Taking out the garbage

CAN I BOOK BY PHONE?

Absolutely. Please give us a call at your convenience at (347) 781-4745. If a customer service agent is not available. Please leave a message and we will get back to you within 1 business day.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Please understand that our cleaners structure their daily schedules around their assigned appointments. 


If cancellation is received after the 24 hour period, there is a fee of $50.00. For no-shows, if a customer is not at home or not able to be reached within 15 minutes of the scheduled appointment, there is a $75.00 fee. This excludes appointments where instructions are provided beforehand or during booking.

I LIKED MY LAST CLEANING, CAN I REQUEST THE SAME TEAM MEMBER TO COME TO MY HOUSE AGAIN?

Absolutely. Please include their name, or just mention during booking that you would like to have the same cleaner. We will make every effort to accommodate!

HOW CAN I TIP MY CLEANER?

Tips are a great way to show appreciation for a job well done. While tip's are not required you may feel free to tip as you see fit. A great way to let us know about exceptional service is to leave a review on Yelp. You can also let us know at Support@MyLemonHouse.com.
